THETFORD, ENGLAND, February 23, 2012 /24-7PressRelease/ -- Mr. Carl S. Clark, Coach for CSC Consulting International, Freelance Intelligence Researcher and Pastoral Care Coordinator for The Bishops Church of England Voluntary Aided Primary School, has been recognized by Cambridge Who's Who for showing dedication, leadership and excellence in consulting services.

Mr. Clark draws upon his 30 years of professional experience to serve as a coach for CSC Consulting International, freelance intelligence researcher, and pastoral care coordinator for The Bishops Church of England Voluntary Aided Primary School. His diverse areas of expertise include intelligence, problem-solving, analysis of hostile environments, counseling, children and youth work, and sports coaching. As a consultant, Mr. Clark researches military, government and scientific areas for clients on a freelance basis. In addition, he heads a large project called "Sentinel," looking into foreign governments' abuses of their citizens. His additional roles involve working with a large school and community, and coordinating with agencies and churches to help families in deprived areas. Moreover, in May 2011, Mr. Clark was elected to town and district councils.

Experienced in risk assessment and countersurveillance, Mr. Clark has done covert work within hostile organizations. From 1979 to 2003, he worked as an outside contractor for various intelligence agencies in the U.K., U.S. and Israel. He became involved in his profession because of his interest in fixing social inequality and injustice, and, specifically, eliminating the activities of anti-Semitic groups. The highlight of his career was his recent election to both town and district councils, in which he beat competitive opponents in the Conservative and Liberal Democrats races, after being in politics for only three weeks and campaigning for a single week. He now represents Abbey Ward as a Labour Party member of Thetford Town Council and Breckland District Council. He attributes his success to listening to the community and trying to address issues of corruption and social justice.

Mr. Clark has a Noncontact Boxing Tutor GB Certification from the Amateur Boxing Association of England and certification in Personal Effectiveness levels 1 and 2 from ASDAN. In addition, he holds a Park Tools Certificate and CAF Certification, as well as credentials in ECB, Safeguarding Children, Professional Development Delivery of Multi Skills in Schools, and Emergency First Aid.

Mr. Clark was runner-up for a Volunteer of the Year Award from Sustrans, and was a recipient of the Good Neighbor Award by Flagship Housing U.K. He is vice chairman of the Breckland Labour Group. In five years, Mr. Clark hopes to become a member of Parliament for the Labour Party or as an Independent.
