She is a registered psychotherapist and hypnotherapist and has achieved certification in a number of specialized interventions and EAP services. Drawing on her educational background, Ms. Larabie pursued a career in organizational health that has spanned 25 years.
In the year 2000, Ms. Larabie opened Organizational Health Services, an organizational health care provider which caters to a national demographic. As owner of the company and a solutions-focused therapist, she provides services related to employee assistance programs and works with nationally and internationally-based companies and organizations to provide workplace interventions. An expert in organizational health, she provides workplace mediations, critical incident stress care, training, and management consultation services. Passionate about counseling since her teenage years, when she would also mentor and console those in her surroundings, Ms. Larabie attributes her success to an innate desire to help others.
Ms. Larabie is professionally affiliated with the Professional Order of Social Workers of Quebec and charitably involved with local animal rescue organizations. Outside the demands of her work, she enjoys being outdoors, cycling, gardening, renovating, and spending time with friends and family.
