DEVON, ENGLAND, March 01, 2013 /24-7PressRelease/ -- Dainton Portable Buildings are proud to announce they are celebrating twenty years of supplying bespoke 'space' solutions, including portable cabins, storage containers and modular buildings, and are marking the anniversary with a prize draw to win a free storage container.

With over 1000 units shipped last year to a wide range of customers, from domestic use to blue chip companies, the family-run business has come a long way from when it first supplied portable cabins from it's Heathfield offices in 1993.

Since then, the company opened a second branch in St Austell and Dainton's customer base now covers the South-West of England and Wales. Dainton's sales and hire range has also expanded to include new and used portable cabins, toilet and shower units, storage containers and shipping container conversion services, a highly specialist skill that adapts steel containers into amazing uses such as refrigerated units, artist studios and even living spaces.

As a successful entrepreneur, Managing Director Paul Maddicott attributes the success of the business to the traditional values that his father instilled in the company when he founded it: working hard to provide best value and good customer service.

With 1,833 UK businesses reported to have gone into administration in 2012 and several high profile casualties already this year, Paul believes that avoiding complacency and understanding customer requirements is vitally important during difficult times: "It is essential to take the time to understand your customer's requirements and adapt your products to suit their individual needs. We take pride in providing space solutions to suit all budgets and really value the role our customers have played in our growth."

The company will be opening a new branch later this year in Bridgend, South Wales and Dainton Portable Buildings Manager Iain Davidson is looking forward to the next chapter in Dainton's history: "We are celebrating our 20th anniversary by giving away a free storage container on our web site dainton.com and will be exhibiting at the Devon County Show in May. Our new Bridgend branch will expand our operations further, so these are really exciting times for us that hopefully mark the start of another twenty years of success."

Dainton Portable Buildings are one of the UK's leading suppliers of superior quality portable cabins, shipping containers and temporary buildings and all Dainton units are built to exceptionally high standards. Last year Dainton supplied over 1000 units to a wide range of customers, from domestic use to blue chip companies, to locations in Devon, Cornwall, Somerset, Dorset and South Wales.
