RALEIGH, NC, February 06, 2014 /24-7PressRelease/ -- Danis Construction Company, LLC, a leader in commercial construction services in North Carolina, recently completed a Caribou Coffee/Bruegger's Bagels renovation project that serves as one of three test sites in the United States for this unique concept. The new co-branded store is located on Duraleigh Road in Raleigh.
The scope of work included demolition of a 2,742-square-foot existing interior as well as a rebuild into a new corporate brand. Construction began in late September, and the grand opening was held Friday, Dec. 20, 2013.
Additionally, Danis' Special Projects Group recently completed a 3,500-square-foot renovation project for Sampson Regional Hospital Wound Care. That project involved selective renovations within the old skilled-care unit for the hospital to create a new Chamber room that will house two Healogic hyperbaric chambers and needed support space.
"2014 is starting out to be a great year for us," said Jason Smith, director of special projects for Danis. "We have multiple projects underway across the state and are finalists for several more jobs."
Danis' Special Projects Group is currently involved with the following projects for Wayne Memorial Hospital: a 6,000-square-foot Cardiovascular Unit renovation, an Environmental Services Office relocation, and an Employee Health Department expansion.
