    SYDNEY, NEW SOUTH WALES, AUSTRALIA, March 31, 2014 /24-7PressRelease/ -- David Barry Hampe, Business Process Improvement Manager for Pivotal Business Systems, has been recognized for showing dedication, leadership and excellence in process improvement.

Mr. Hampe has 30 years of experience in business services, and is in his first year as the business process improvement manager for Pivotal Business Systems. His expertise includes implementing office automation, technology, business process improvement, and working with a team to generate creative ideas that can improve their productivity. Pivotal Business Systems is a technology solutions and business systems provider that provides business process improvement, accounts receivable and payable, estimating services, technology integration and office automation processes.
Mr. Hampe's objective is to utilize his strong organizational and proven people management skills in making significant contributions to lead change in a business management role. His motivation is derived from business relationships, people development, process development and company growth.

Previously, Mr. Hampe worked in several roles at Ricoh Australia, and at Thales Solutions Australia, Epson Australia, Hands On Systems, Teksupport, Technicians Electronic Consortium, and General Automation/Pace Computers. While at Ricoh, he posted the following numbers: No. 1 market share - Mono MFD FY11 & YTD 12 (21.9 percent), No. 2 in FY 09 (17.5 percent), market share growth - Colour MFD YTD 12 (17.3 percent), up from 13.1 percent in FY 09.

He attributes his success to his ability to turn an idea into reality, bring people together as a team and bring out ideas that make sense, while maximizing the team's ability and strengths. Among his achievements at Pivotal are a 25 percent increase in sales close rate for hardware in six months and developing the BPO/Six Sigma process service product for the organization. He became involved in his profession while working on Ricoh products for years. He believes the print industry is petering out bit-by-bit, so it makes sense to him to move into a very new market, like business systems.

Mr. Hampe completed capital project analysis coursework and courses in advance marketing, psychology, finance, management systems and technology. Additional areas of study include buyer behavior, sales systems and structured support systems. Recently, he was inducted into Worldwide Branding and also maintains affiliations with the Australian Institute Of Management and the Australian Marketing Institute. He holds licenses in amateur radio, recreational boating, and flight crew. In the coming years, Mr. Hampe intends to own a consulting business systems company.
