Ms. Case has 24 years of experience in business strategy planning. Originally working in the finance and operations side, she became involved in her profession by becoming a branch manager and moving up the ranks to a director position. She is responsible for developing programs and mentoring others when necessary. Additionally, she conducts interviews and evaluates trainers. Human Resources Professional Association is a nonprofit organization that provides organization management services.

She is a certified human resource professional through HRPA, of which she is a member. She is also affiliated with The International Society for Performance Improvement and is a former President of the Milton Chamber of Commerce. She is the recipient of Ontario Hydro Award.
