Dr. Watson-Bouie has over 16 years of professional experience and specializes in educational leadership. She is responsible for overseeing the delivery of a high-quality education for students in grades K to 6. Dr. Watson-Bouie was honored by Villanova University with the Distinguished Alumni Award in 2005 and considers her dedication to be the driving force behind her success. Her love for children inspired her to become involved in her profession.

A certified teacher, Dr. Watson-Bouie received her Doctorate in Educational Leadership from Saint Joseph's University in 2004 and completed level II school principal certification in 2007. She is a member of the Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Inc. Dr. Watson-Bouie aspires to establish herself as a leader and role model. She looks forward to her students, staff and school being recognized for their academic achievements and success.
