    February 05, 2013 /EIN Presswire/ -- The Plummer Family appeal was rejected by the Delaware Supreme Court stating it was untimely due to their delayed filing.

The Family of Edward Plummer alleged he was exposed to asbestos-containing products while he worked at Avisun/Amoco Plant. The Delaware Supreme Court concluded the Plummer Family appeal was untimely due to their delayed filing.

The Delaware Supreme Court has dismissed an appeal by the family of an employee who sued a company over the man's alleged asbestos exposure. The Plummers sued Vanderbilt and 36 other defendants, alleging that Edward had been exposed to asbestos-containing products during the course of his employment.
