/Cambridge Who's Who/ - Chester, VA, July 18, 2008, Dennis E. Howell, Shop Manager for TFC Recycling, has been recognized by Cambridge Who's Who for showing dedication, leadership and excellence in all aspects of office administration.
With more than 30 years of professional experience, Mr. Howell is responsible for managing fleets and recycling and is considered an expert in mig, tig, arch and gas welding as well as electric pallet jacks, bulldozers, roadgrator, front end loader and backhoe. He previously worked in the fleet division for PepsiCo, Inc.
Mr. Howell considers implementing cost-saving measures to be the most gratifying aspect of his career and he attributes his success to his hard work. He believes that hiring new technicians is the most important issue facing his profession today. Mr. Howell stays current with the trends in his profession by attending training seminars and hopes to become the director of the company.
Mr. Howell went through several training courses including the Navistar and Cummins Laptop System Diagnostics Training from 2000-2002, Safety Leadership Training in 2002, Diversity Training in 2001, Supervisory Skills Training in 2000, Advanced Fleet Anywhere Training in 1999 and Fleet Anywhere Training in 1998.
