At RR Donnelley, Mr. Paschen manages four consolidation facility centers, maintaining 99.9 percent inventory accuracy. Performing 100% physical inventory daily, these high volume distribution centers average 120 inventory turns per year, and average 200 truck loads daily. With 41 years of professional experience, he lends his career accomplishments to his ability to create a team environment, solve problems, continuously improve operating systems, and will to achieve best in class.

In the past he has successfully implemented Warehouse Management Systems and oversaw system infrastructure changes that had improved productivity, reduced order dwell time and overall reduction in business costs. This was achieved by Project Management and Six -Sigma Disciplines. Of his 41 years in logistics, 17 years were spent in the airline industry. Mr. Paschen served as a Sergeant in the United States Army for three years during the Viet Nam excursion.

Certified by APICS (The Association for Operations Management) in 1982, Mr. Paschen completed Certified OSHA (Occupational Safety Health Administration) training in 1996. He serves as a board member for the Will County Center for Economic Development (www.willcountyced.com), and sits on the following committees, Co-Chair Transportation and Logistics Council (Completed three years as Chairman), Government Affairs Committee, and the (SPC) Strategic Policy Council. Also, he is a former board member for the Bolingbrook Adventist Hospital, which is seeking donors for a children's ER ward.
