With more than 33 years of professional experience, Ms. Boyette specializes in infection control and prevention and is primarily responsible for providing guidance to assist in standardizing infection prevention best practices across the healthcare system to include writing corporate infection prevention and control policies. Prior to joining Novant Health, she worked for the Duke Infection Control Outreach Network for five years and attained her current position by utilizing her professional and listening skills. A Registered Nurse through Gilford Community College, Ms. Boyette received her Bachelor's Degree in Business Management and Ethics from John Wesley College. She is a member of the Association for Professionals in Infection Control and Epidemiology.
