Some of its more recent successes come in the form of the Steelworks Apartments in Dublin which called upon MPGQS to settle a dispute with the developer for unpaid fees of GBP1.5 million. It also acted on behalf of a contractor and builder on a shopping centre in Kilkenny, between a consulting engineer and a private hospital, a facilities manager in dispute over provision of services to a sports surgery clinic and played a central role in successful legal action between an architect and an Irish general hospital.
