Jones began her career with Division-D as an intern in 2009 and quickly climbed the leadership ranks. In 2013, Jones was named to her current position after previously serving as director of strategic development. As vice president of business development, she is responsible for identifying new business opportunities and managing a core team of account executives

Outside of the office, Jones is an active member of the community. She volunteers at Coyote Hill, a professional home for foster children. Additionally, she is involved with Emerging Professionals in Columbia (EPIC) and Women's Networking through the Chamber of Commerce. Jones has a bachelor's degree in journalism with in emphasis in strategic communication from the University of Missouri.
