YORK, PA, January 13, 2013 /24-7PressRelease/ -- The average person in the United States listens to quick news flashes about the fighting in the Middle East and brushes it off until it either hits home or he/she hears another news flash. Dr. Frank Romano a Professor at the University of Paris, has dedicated his life and time to a different type of fighting. His fight is to help the Palestinians, Muslims, Jews, Christians and people of all faiths work together toward peace. Through organized peace marches in Israel and the West Bank he has taken his message to another level. Often facing arrest, imprisonment, weapons being drawn and uproar at some rallies, Dr. Romano still marches on and continues his message.

Currently in the United States Dr. Romano is planning several speaking engagements and book signings for his new book "Love and Terror in the Middle East," 3rdEdition. The book dramatically captures Frank Romano's efforts to promote understanding and cooperation in the region between Jews, Muslims and Christians. This 3rd EDITION includes a new chapter entitled "Return to Killing Fields." It recounts the aftermath of the murder of Juliano Mer-Khamis, peace activist, in the Jenin Refugee Camp and the author's recent return there to uncover the truth buried deep within the shrouds of his friend's mysterious death.

Dr. Romano has also authored a book entitled "Storm Over Morocco", published by World Audience, Inc., Globalization of Antitrust Policies (Mondialisation des politiques de concurrence), published by L'Harmattan in French and a book of poems entitled "Crossing Over." He has written many articles published in Europe and in the United States where he is often invited to speak at conferences.
