    SAN JOSE, CA, March 5, 2013 /Worldwide Who's Who/ -- Dr. Egil Castel, Vice President, General Manager of Presto Engineering Inc., has been recognized by Worldwide Who's Who for demonstrating dedication, leadership and excellence in engineering.

As a vice president and general manager of Presto Engineering Inc., Dr. Castel specializes in team building and team management. Among his responsibilities for the company include managing finances, following up with staff members and customers regarding data evaluation, working on new orders, analyzing expenses, and overseeing the management of engineers. Dr. Egil has published approximately 50 papers and holds several patents in his field. In addition, he has given oral presentations and been a member of several discussion panels. He attributes his success to his willingness to pursue the opportunities that have come his way, including the one that led him to his career. He became involved in his profession after traveling to the United States on sabbatical to work in the corporate sector.

Dr. Castel received a Ph.D. in physics and a Ph.D. in chemistry from the Universite Paris-Sorbonne.
