/24-7PressRelease/ -- Element Kitchen and Bath Design, a kitchen and bath remodeling company in Blue Bell PA, announced today that Courtney Lawless has accepted the position of chief financial officer with the responsibility of total financial management for the company's main office in Blue Bell PA and all satellite offices in the surrounding Philadelphia and outlying area.
As chief financial officer, Ms. Lawless will oversee all of Element's accounting practices including preparing budgets, financial reports, and executing all tax and audit functions. She will also be spearheading the "Orion" team which includes directing company financial strategies and developing forecast models as well as frequent meetings with the president of Element Kitchen and Bath Tom Helenski, the vice president of sales Nicolas DAlleva, and the rest of the department heads on accounting and financial issues.
Element Kitchen and Bath has been growing as the preferred kitchen and bath remodeler in the Blue Bell PA and all of eastern Pennsylvania and has established offices in Ardmore, Bryn Mawr, and Bethlehem PA. As company's expansion continues, Ms. Lawless's job will expand to studying, analyzing and reporting on growth trends as well as analyzing the viability expansion and project the company's future growth.
"We had many great candidates for the open position, but Courtney's resume stood out above all others. She has over 7 years experience in a senior role, is a CPA, and has up to date knowledge of current financial and accounting computer applications," noted Tom Helenski, the president of Element Kitchen and Bath. "We have been a specialty kitchen and bath remodeler in the Blue Bell area for years and have expanded our company's reach to cover all of Eastern Pennsylvania. We anticipate continued growth with offices planned for New Jersey, Maryland, Delaware, and New York. We need a CFO that is ready to meet the challenges associated with growth and expansion and we feel she will be an asset to our business."
Homeowners and commercial property managers in and around Blue Bell PA have used Element for their kitchen and bath remodeling, design, and construction needs for over 15 years. Through mostly word of mouth advertising, Element has been grown their company over the last 15 years from a small family owned business to a large boutique style remodeler anchored by a team of killed designers and architects. Ms. Lawless will begin her employment with Element Kitchen and Bath on May 1st, 2009.
