Ms. Zertuche is considered an expert in internal investigations. In her first year with the TGA, she is responsible for conducting surveillance, overseeing compliance with industry regulations, and ensuring that policies and procedures for employees are implemented. She also helps conduct background checks on prospective employees and works with three commissioners, an executive director, and other licensing, surveillance and investigative staff.

Prior to assuming her current position, Ms. Zertuche honed her skills in various aspects of law enforcement. She is proud to lend her talents to the TGA, which ensures a positive gaming experience for all patrons and is known for its commitment to honest gaming and the integrity of its business. She attributes her success to her professional background and fascination with law.

Enrolled at Arizona Western College, Ms. Zertuche is pursuing her Associate Degree in Administrative Justice. She volunteers regularly with Citizens Patrol, and was honored with a Citizens Academy Award in 2008. Ms. Zertuche looks forward to continuing her education and aspires to be involved in internal investigations for the government.
