    CONNELL, WA, December 25, 2009 /Stanford Who's Who/ -- Jennifer Michelle Krigbaum has been accepted by Stanford Who's Who for her exceptional work in the Housing Industry. As Manager of Pioneer Park Apartments for Cambridge Management Inc., she consistently displays the exceptional effort and dedication necessary to be successful in the field.

Cambridge Management Inc. maintains 70 apartment complexes in Hawaii, California, Washington and Florida. Their main office is situated in Tacoma, Washington.

Jennifer is responsible for management of the Pioneer Park Apartments where she is in currently in charge of 51 apartments. She is actively involved in dialogue with the residents and is always there for them to voice their concerns. Krigbaum places work orders for maintenance of the apartments whenever the need arises. She is also in constant contact with the main office in Tacoma. Her other functions include advertising for the apartments as well as providing hands-on help when required.

Krigbaum has performed well beyond expectations in her administrative role. The seven prior managers only maintained a 35% capacity in the complex whereas Jennifer now boasts 85% occupancy with 7 more move-ins on the way. Part of this accomplishment was due to her directing major renovations on apartments that were in poor condition.

When she has time away from her busy schedule, Jennifer enjoys singing and playing piano.
