She currently leads a team of nearly 200 people in addition to developing, planning and leading organizing workshops and team meetings. Additionally, Ms. Thornton has shared in the development and implementation of training consultants and upcoming leaders company-wide. Her business is complimented by her array of strategic planning and problem resolution skills.
She attributes her success to her determination, hard work, and her desire to help others achieve their personal and professional goals, while finding solutions to potential barriers. She became involved in her profession because she is a creative thinker who enjoys using this strength for problem resolution. She strives to empower others by helping them discover ways to break free from that which holds them down. The moment she enjoys the most, whether in an organizing presentation or in a therapy session, is seeing someone have the 'Ah-ha' moment that leads them on their path to success.
Ms. Thornton is a Licensed Independent Social Worker who earned a Master's Degree from The Ohio State University in 1998. A member of the National Association of Social Workers, she looks forward to achieving the highest rank in her company, and helping many on her team achieve their professional goals.
