As a warehouse loader for UPS, Ms. Waters is responsible for loading trucks, ensuring accurate paperwork and tracking. In September of 2003, Ms. Waters received her Bachelor of Science in Electronics Engineering Technology from the New England Institute of Technology. She also received her Associate in Specialized Technology with an emphasis in Internet and Network Engineering in July of 2008 from Berks Technical Institute (BTI). She has been a Cisco Certified Network Associate since January of 2009. She is also a member of Women in Technology International.
