Stryker EMEA decided to start the execution of this Total Compensation Management vision with its salary review process, before extending to other aspects of compensation such as bonus and commissions. The Human Resources group at Stryker wanted to empower the business managers by bringing salary review back to what it was meant to be: an efficient management tool, operated first-hand by the managers themselves. "One of our goals clearly was to transform administrative tasks into strategic actions that have a measurable impact on the business," says Bertrand Flueck, HR Practices Director at Stryker.
