/24-7PressRelease/ - SCOTTSDALE, AZ, May 10, 2008 - Fertility Treatment Center (FTC) is pleased to announce the opening of its newest facility located in Glendale, Ariz., in the beautiful Arrowhead Orchards at 6320-B West Union Hills Drive, Suite 2700.

The new office is conveniently located near the Loop 101 - Agua Fria freeway - and will serve patients from the Northwest Valley as well as those from throughout Northern Arizona including Wickenburg, Chino Valley, Prescott Valley, Prescott and Flagstaff.

Founded in 1990, FTC is Arizona's largest fertility practice and offers state-of-the-art diagnostic testing and successful treatment options for female and male patients including drug therapy, artificial insemination, and the most advanced reproductive services available including in-vitro fertilization (IVF), frozen embryo transfer (FET) and pre-implantation genetic diagnosis (PGD).

"We are very excited about bringing the FTC experience and brand of compassionate, personalized care to the northwest valley", says Daniel F. Rychlik, M.D., FTC's associate medical director.

The Glendale center is designed in the patient-centric theme consistent with FTC's other locations in Tempe and Scottsdale. Situated on an attractively landscaped setting and entered through a beautifully appointed lobby, FTC's suite of offices offers a relaxing, Zen-like atmosphere with natural design elements such as bamboo flooring and recessed wall appointments. Artwork representing various Arizona landscapes adorn the walls. A dressing room in each exam room ensures patient privacy.

"We carefully design each of our facilities to optimize patient comfort and service", says Dr. Rychlik. "Our focus is on our patients and the opportunities we have to help their dreams become reality."

FTC - Northwest Valley - will offer patients the full scope of its services including consultations for infertility and reproductive endocrine issues, ultrasound, artificial insemination, female and male laboratory testing, and diagnostic hysterosalpingogram (HSG), which is performed to diagnose blockages and irregularities in the uterus and fallopian tubes. This procedure is another example of FTC's focus on patient service and comfort.

"We perform our HSG's with soft catheters and low-pressure dye, and without the use of steel clamps," said H. Randall Craig, M.D., FTC founder and medical director. "In addition, because we perform HSG procedures onsite, we can open about half of all tubal blockages immediately, eliminating the need for a second procedure."

Dr. Craig and Dr. Rychlik, both fellowship trained and board certified in Reproductive Endocrinology/Infertility and Ob/Gyn, and renowned IVF laboratory director, Jun Tao, Ph.D., HCLD, lead a team of highly trained personnel who share a genuine passion and commitment to their field and their patients.

"Throughout the years, we have had the privilege to help thousands of couples realize their dreams of having a family", concludes Dr. Craig. "With the 'birth' of our new Glendale center, we look forward to being part of many more success stories."
