    CHASE CITY, VA, April 29, 2009 /Cambridge Who's Who/ -- Francesca Guill, Environmental Services Director at Chase City Nursing and Rehabilitation Center, has been recognized by Cambridge Who's Who for showing dedication, leadership and excellence in all aspects of healthcare services.

As environmental services director at Chase City Nursing and Rehabilitation Center, Francesca Guill excels in budget and staff management. On a daily basis, she is responsible for overseeing 15 staff in housekeeping and working with Alzheimer's patients. Formerly an office manager in a manufacturing company, Ms. Guill applied for a housekeeping position at the center and was offered a supervisor position due to her managerial background. She attributes her success to her hard work, dedication and good ethics.

Ms. Guill is pursuing her Associate Degree in Business Studies at Southside Virginia Community College and has been a member of the South Central Virginia Fiber Artists Guild since October 2007. She aspires to become a nursing home administrator.
