On the back end, Ms. Rocquemore also manages event staffing, equipment rentals and installations, address lists, vendor relations, and insurance matters. She expertly handles all details related to transportation, food, music, gifts and flowers, all the while ensuring that events are delivered on time and within a planned budget. Even on the day of the event, she is working behind the scenes to ensure that operations are flowing smoothly.
One of Ms. Rocquemore's biggest joys is watching her clients receive complements for a well-executed event, party or wedding. She knows that if guests are telling them how wonderful their celebration is, she is doing her job correctly; it is not about her and her team however, but about the client. Her devotion to customer service has won her an 85 percent referral rate among new customers.
