Mr. Singh's expertise lies in strategic, financial and business planning, multi-currency cost accounting, internal compliance, and external reports in finance and banking. He has 25 years of international business experience, with the last 14 of these years devoted to international franchising, financing and investments for the food, beverage, apparel, manufacturing and supply chain industries. As the CFO, he is tasked primarily with managing financial and investment portfolios and all acquisitions and strategic lines of credit. His responsibilities include overseeing all legal and financial agreements, liaising with banks, accelerating the go-to-market cycle, and avoiding undue time lags by preparing a strategic portfolio management module. Mr. Singh's efforts paid off in a major way, with revenues of franchise operations soaring from $0 to $60 million in approximately three years.

In the course of his career, Mr. Singh held the positions of CFO, SVP, director of finance, controller and director of product development at multi-million-dollar organizations. He also spearheaded initiatives and projects for a number of Fortune 500 business leaders. Among his many accomplishments, he is credited for negotiating financing plans totaling $300 million to support annual revenue generation of $80 million for cross-industry clients, and spearheading due diligence and financial analysis initiatives for euro-currency syndicated loans for public sector borrowings worth $600 million and private sector underwriting and risk analysis worth $300 million in Europe and India. He also directed successful turnaround efforts for a sportswear company by restructuring financial and operational procedures, coordinating with major financial institutions, and leading negotiations with rating agencies. Mr. Singh attributes the success that has enjoyed at multiple stages of his career to his ability to build relationships and his leadership and process improvement skills.

A native of India, Mr. Singh received his Master of Business Administration in 1986 and his Master of Science in Taxation and Accounting in 1979, both from the Delhi School of Economics of the University of Delhi. He also completed coursework at The London School of Economics and Political Science. He is a top ranked fellow of the British Institute of Management and is a member of the Institute of Bankers in India, London, and the U.S. Mr. Singh looks forward to expanding franchise and business opportunities on an international scale within the next five years.
