The upgrade produces premium plasmids for high efficient transfection, smooth DNA vaccination, and antibody production.
GenScript¡¯s new plasmid grades as a result of the upgrade are highly supercoiled (SC ¡İ 95% for SC Grade and Advanced SC Grade) with ultra-low levels of endotoxin (¡Ü 0.005 EU/¦Ìg for Advanced SC Grade). The upgrade includes rigorous quality control and complete enzyme-free plasmid production process. In addition, DNA shearing is minimized to ensure plasmid integrity and its suitability for standard downstream applications without requirement for further manipulation.
