About EXPO2017

In 2017, the capital city of the Republic of Kazakhstan, Astana, will make history as the first former member of the Soviet Union to be selected as a host of the World's Fair, also know as "Expo". The winning topic of the prestigious international exhibition that symbolizes industrialization and innovation Expo 2017 is "Future Energy." A prestigious exhibition that hails the visionary who presents the most innovative approach to the present obstacles industrialization faces in our time.

"World's Fairs have excited and inspired millions of people around the world by expressing the hopes and desires of their times. Perhaps unwittingly, they also provide a fascinating glimpse into the realities of those same times." Such magnificent visions often become monuments, a testament of people's devotion to transcending the obstacles facing their times and a tribute to the vision of those who created their solutions.
