    CHICAGO, IL, June 5, 2009 /Cambridge Who's Who/ -- Glenn L. Girtman, Senior Manager for FedEx, has been recognized by Cambridge Who's Who for showing dedication, leadership and excellence in all aspects of logistics management.

After departing from the U.S. Army, Mr. Girtman joined FedEx, bringing with him his extensive experience in military logistics. He has spent the last 10 years as a senior manager, building a reputation as an expert in management and leadership and team development. His responsibilities include managing the pick-up and delivery of packages and training staff. Mr. Girtman is proud to be associated with FedEx, an industry leader and innovator for the last 35 years, and attributes his success to his perseverance, determination and "never give up" attitude.

Mr. Girtman served in the U.S. Army for 31 years, with eight years spent in active duty and 23 years in the reserves. He received his MBA in 2007 from Dowling College and his Bachelor's Degree in Business Studies in 1981 from the University of Arkansas at Pine Bluff. He gives generously to the United Negro College Fund, the National Urban League, the Christian Children's Fund and the United Way. In five years, Mr. Girtman aspires to become a director at FedEx.
