    GREENVILLE, SC, July 28, 2010 /Cambridge Who's Who/ -- Glenn P. Sawicki, Chef, Owner of Saffrons Sidewalk Cafe, has been recognized by Cambridge Who's Who for demonstrating dedication, leadership and excellence in restaurant management.

With 22 years of professional experience, Mr. Sawicki specializes in culinary art. He prepares food for breakfast, lunch and dinner, and takes orders for parties. The restaurant offers fresh salads, flatbread wraps, sandwiches, sides, soups and specialties, including seared tuna. The first establishment was launched seven years ago, and a year and a half ago they opened a second one. In addition, they have a third location on its way.

Mr. Sawicki received his Associate of Occupational Studies in Culinary Arts from The Culinary Institute of America in 1985. In his spare time, he does volunteer work for Center Stage, Warehouse Theatre, Metropolitan Arts Council and Children's Little Theatre. He attributes his success to his hard work. In the future, he intends to attend more training classes and further advance in his career.
