    EAGLEVILLE, PA, November 4, 2009 /Cambridge Who's Who/ -- Grace Ann Spena, RN, MSN, Director of Health and Wellness Initiatives for Montgomery County Community College, has been recognized by Cambridge Who's Who for demonstrating dedication, leadership and excellence in health and wellness management.

With 38 years of professional experience, Ms. Spena specializes in healthcare management. She is responsible for managing the overall health and wellness program for the College, conducting presentations, coordinating health and wellness fairs, and working with students, employees and faculty. She has always desired to make a difference in people's lives, and her goal was to institute a program conducive to good health and student success. Her activities support strategic initiatives to promote students' well-being and academic accomplishments. She attributes her success to her great mentors, who have guided and afforded her opportunities to develop and enhance her nursing and managerial experience.

Ms. Spena received her Master of Science in Nursing in 1985, Bachelor of Science in Nursing in 1980 from Villanova University and Diploma in Nursing in 1971 from Thomas Jefferson University Hospital. She is a member of the Pennsylvania State Nurses Association, the American Nurses Association and the American College Health Association. In the future, she intends to continue exploring innovative strategies to develop and implement pertinent and timely health and wellness initiatives for the College community.
