One year ago, Ms. Farrisgamble established her business, G.L. Farrisgamble Corporation, a company that seeks to create new and better products for the future. The company's operations are a reflection of Ms. Farrisgamble's entrepreneurial spirit. In assisting inventors with new product innovation, she researches market areas for the introduction of new products and designs new commercial equipment. Among Ms. Farrisgamble's most notable creations is The Spot, a device designed to help motorists locate their car in crowded parking lots. She is currently seeking a manufacturer to license the product, which is a remote operated light-bearing flag piece. When activated from a distance, the device lights up guiding drivers to their cars.
Ms. Farrisgamble is also an Evangelist minister and pastor of a small congregation. She is a member of various organizations, including The Poetry Society, the International Library of Poetry and the Nevada Chapter of the American Business Women's Association. She has had her work published in a collection called 'Joy This Side of Heaven' (1997); additionally, her work appears in the National Library of Congress.
