/Cambridge Who's Who/ -- Gregory Fankhauser, Teacher for Gaston County Schools, has been recognized by Cambridge Who's Who for demonstrating dedication, leadership and excellence in secondary education.
With 18 years of experience as an educator, Mr. Fankhauser specializes in teaching chemistry. He joined Gaston County Schools in 2007. He currently teaches two blocks of biology and one block of chemistry. Encouraged to embark on a career in education by a college professor who saw him tutor his classmates, Mr. Fankhauser is proud to have played an integral role in raising his school district's SAT science scores by 20 percent. He attributes his success to hard work.
Mr. Fankhauser received his Master's Degree in Education in 2004 from Grand Valley State University. He volunteers regularly in his local church.
