/24-7PressRelease/ -- Our office has experienced tremendous growth in the last year and was selected for the corporations President's Club in an environment of increasing home care competition. The reason for this is simple. We only hire the best licensed CNA or Certified caregivers, have RN supervision, great customer service with 24/7 availability and have the some of the lowest rates in the valley. We charge less but pay our caregivers on average 20% more. Better pay always means a better caregiver. Even better, we have a 21st century on-line care management system that will allow care to be tracked by relatives or Power of Attorneys from anywhere at any time.
Greg Deane, owner and Director says he loves that we can provide great care, ensure our caregivers are paid well for the great work they do, allow relatives to track care from wherever they are and do all of this at a truly affordable rate. Greg says we do this by having very low costs. With Griswold Home Care you pay for your care and not expensive marketing or high owner margins and profit. Over 68% of fees paid go to the caregiver. This compared to less than 50% in most agencies.
(Our rates start at $14.50 per hour for companionship care and $16.50 per hour for full care. We have a special $15.00 per hour rate for 12 hour shifts and a very economical $189.00 a day for 24hr live-in care. These rates are fixed and do not go up after our free in home assessment.)
We provide as good or in most cases better care than any other agency. Our caregivers are bonded, insured, covered under workers comp and screened through several interviews, tests and a comprehensive national background check. In fact, the Owner and Director (Greg) is a previous Human Resources executive who has over 15 years of interviewing experience.
Additionally, Lindsay Crayon, RN, BSN brings expertise and skills as the offices Community Liaison and Caregiver Quality Control and Trainer. Lindsay partners with co-owner Ronnie who is also a nurse with over 25 years geriatric experience and Greg and Ronnie's daughter Erin, another nurse who has over 6 years geriatric nursing leadership experience to ensure our caregivers keep up on the latest home care techniques and processes.
Lindsay also completes most of the office's no cost in-home assessments. Greg says -having an RN for assessments allows for a higher awareness of issues that could affect care. Also, knowing that readmissions are now a large cost to hospitals and never good for seniors, Lindsay skills and experience along with our highly trained and licensed or certified caregivers are ensuring that our client's hospital re-admit rates are some of the lowest in the valley.
Simply- there is no reason for those who need care to spend $20 or more per hour for care when you can get as good or better care for much less at Griswold Home Care-Gilbert-Chandler Office.
