    MIDWEST CITY, OK, September 21, 2009 /Cambridge Who's Who/ -- Henry C. Miller, Jr., Contract Negotiator for the United States Air Force, has been recognized by Cambridge Who's Who for demonstrating dedication, leadership and excellence in contract negotiations.

Henry C. Miller, Jr. has three years of experience as a contract negotiator for the United States Air Force. He is responsible for managing contractor logistics support, maintaining a fleet of four aircraft at the disposal of the Secretary of Defense and ensuring that they are ready for flight at a moment's notice. Prior to joining the United States Air Force, Mr. Miller served in the United States Marine Corps for 22 years. He became involved in his profession because of his experience in purchasing and contracting while in the Marines, and he attributes his success to his self-discipline and dedication.

Mr. Miller received his Master's Degree in Management and Leadership from Webster University in 2007, and his Bachelor's Degree in Organizational Leadership from Southern Nazarene University in 2004. He is a member of the National Contract Management Association and the Tinker Management Association.
