Littleton orthodontist, is happy to be using social media to help communicate with his patients online. By using his practice's Twitter and Facebook accounts and a practice blog, he hopes to increase his practice's online presence and make it easier for his patients to interact with his practice on the Internet.
"I am very happy that our practice is utilizing social media to communicate with patients on the Internet. I know that many of our patients use these services on a daily basis and I am glad our practice is now available on social media. Dr. Rocke and his staff are using the Facebook account to post updates on the practice as well as links to helpful dental content on the web. Patients that 'like' the practice on Facebook are also able to post questions and comments on the page. Someone from the practice will be able to respond to the comment shortly thereafter.
The twitter page is being used in a similar way. Any patients that follow the account will receive updates on the practice and links to content, including blog posts that are posted on the practice's website. Patients are able to follow the Twitter account at
