All courses are free and open to the public, but registration is required on the CAI website at http://www.capital.org/hcw. All presentations offer a morning and an afternoon three-hour session held at CAI's Greensboro office at 7817 National Service Road, Suite 509.

In order to assist human resource professionals with fulfilling the renewal of their HR certifications, all of HCW's presentations and many of their speaking topics are accredited by the Human Resources Certification Institute (HRCI) for either general or strategic management credit. Additionally, HCW provides sponsorship and speaking opportunities at various industry conferences held by organizations such as the Society of Human Resource Management and CAI.
"After attending these presentations, employers will be equipped with knowledge about future reform provisions that could cause compliance challenges for group health plans and how to plan for and meet these new requirements as healthcare reform is fully implemented," said Skip Woody, partner at Hill, Chesson & Woody. "The presentations additionally offer an opportunity to receive HRCI accreditation, which all HR professionals must attain throughout the year."
