/Worldwide Who's Who/ -- Hillary Brown, Resource Manager for Fidelity Information Services, has been recognized by Worldwide Who's Who for showing dedication, leadership and excellence in resource management.
Ms. Brown began her career in banking as a Training Supervisor for education and development at Dime Savings Bank. After seven years with the company, she transitioned to a role with GreenPoint Bank as their Senior Administrative Assistant and Training Administrator. With a skill set for leadership and Quality Assurance, Ms. Brown went on to serve as the Training Manager and Global Quality Assurance Manager for online banking at Fidelity Information Services. Currently, she serves as their resource manager, overseeing banking and government services. In her role, Ms. Brown is responsible for training employees, overseeing operations, supervising loan conversions, and quality assurance. She consistently exhibits excellence in troubleshooting, mentoring, and management, with a keen ability to adapt to any and all situations. While overseeing her team, she is diplomatic and fair, often using tactful and self-directed approaches to achieve desired results. Drawing on her educational background, which includes a Bachelor of Science in information technology, a Master of Business Administration, and a Doctoral Degree in business administration, all through the University of Phoenix, Ms. Brown has become an expert in emotional intelligence, training, resource management, and employee relations.
Recognized for 27 years of experience in the banking industry, Ms. Brown has garnered several awards. In 2010, she was inducted into Worldwide Who's Who as an associate member. Later that year, she was selected as one of their Professionals of the Year. Ms. Brown feels her success can be most aptly attributed to persistence, faith, and a breadth of knowledge in her field. With experience establishing and mentoring quality assurance teams, she plans to become a professor to teach strategic management and critical thinking techniques to others.
Ms. Brown is a member of the Project Management Institute, American Association of University Women, and the QAI Global Institute. She is also charitably involved with Awesome Ministries and Sanctuary of Praise. In her free time, she enjoys reading magazines such as PMI Network, Time, and American Psychological Journal, as well as writing, motivational speaking, and counseling.
