PHILADELPHIA, PA, November 20, 2008
/24-7PressRelease/ -- Hollister Creative, the Philadelphia area graphic design and editorial services firm, has won a 2008 International Davey Award for logo design. The winning logo was created for Exelon Power Team's Kennett Square Environmental Council, an organization formed by Exelon employees on the company's Kennett Square, Pa. campus.
The logo, created by Hollister Senior Designer Renee Guie, won a silver award in the annual competition honoring the finest creative work from the best small companies worldwide. The Davey Awards attracts 4,000 entries from ad agencies, interactive agencies, production firms, in-house creative professionals, graphic design firms and public relations firms.
The award-winning logo can be viewed at http://www.hollistercreative.com/identity.php. It was one of five logos Hollister designed to be voted on by Exelon employees as part of the Kennett Square Environmental Council's Hybrid Day kickoff event in April.
Other Hollister Creative projects for Exelon include a Power Team business plan designed in the style of an annual report, a brochure, posters and PowerPoint templates.
