The 2009 Pilot's safety features include advanced dual-stage, dual-threshold driver and front passenger SRS airbags; brake assist; Advanced Compatibility Engineering (ACE) body structure; tire pressure monitoring system; active front head restraints; Lower Anchors and Tether for Children (LATCH) and anti-lock brakes among others.
