Mr. Harris received his Master's Degree in Business Management from Webster University in 1984, and he is a certified CHS-III with the Department of Homeland Security and a certified compliance agent with the State of Virginia. He has been a member of the USAF Security Forces for 21 years and the American College of Forensic Examiners International. Prior to attaining his current position, he gained experience working as a military security officer, lieutenant colonel in the air force and physical security consultant in Washington.
