With 14 years of professional experience, Ms. Maul is responsible for consulting with customers and overseeing the training department and leadership programs. She previously worked at Xerox, where she created management training and leadership development programs that resulted in a decrease in the number of managers hired externally from 90% to 10% in a five year period. She attributes her success to the experience she gained at Xerox and from learning from other professionals and mentors along the way.

Ms. Maul received her Bachelor of Arts in Theater and Dance from Binghamton University in 1990.
