Ms. Willman spent 43 years in the mortgage industry and retired in 2007 as a mortgage loan underwriter. She has experience in validating informations for new constructions, apartments, offices, and commercial and residential properties, and making credit line decision based on informations. From 1965 to 1997, she went from a trainee to a senior vice president.

In 1963, Ms. Willman earned her Associate Degree in Biology and Chemistry from East Texas Baptist College. She has been a licensed real estate agent, certified appraiser and a notary public, and received numerous Employee of the Month Awards.
