    LORMAN, MS, June 11, 2009 /Cambridge Who's Who/ -- Sandy Reed, Acquisition and Relocation Agent for Professional Engineering Consultants, Inc., has been recognized by Cambridge Who's Who for showing dedication, leadership and excellence in all aspects of relocation services.

Ms. Reed has 17 years of experience in the right of way field as an acquisition and relocation agent working for consulting firms. For the last four years, she has worked for Professional Engineering Consultants -- three of those years working on a pilot program (LTM) for the State of Louisiana as Relocation Manager. This was a fast paced program to acquire and relocate families throughout the State on 54 projects and 900 relocations. In this position, Ms. Reed managed the sub-consultants relocation efforts. Presently, she is working on several different projects for the City Parish and State of Louisiana as acquisition and relocation agent. Ms. Reed specializes in the relocation of residential properties and businesses for government agencies. Ms. Reed has worked in several different states in the right of way field and attributes her success to her personality and knowledge of the relocation field.

Ms. Reed received her certification in right-of-way relocation assistance from the International Right of Way Association. She is a member of Chapter 40 of the International Right of Way Association and serves as a Relocation Manager for LTM. The recipient of several Manager's Choice Awards for Team Work, she has also been honored with the Department of the Year Award.
