Intercontinental Warranty Services' newly redesigned website is compatible with mobile devices, making it easy for clients to access on the go from iPads and smartphones. Additionally, Intercontinental Warranty Services gives visitors the chance to connect with a variety of social media platforms directly from their website. Platforms currently connected include Facebook, LinkedIn, and Google Plus. By clicking on the links at the top right of the webpage, visitors are taken directly to Intercontinental Warranty Services' appropriate pages.

One of the most useful features of the newly redesigned site is the Intercontinental Warranty Services Quote features. On the homepage potential clients can fill out their basic information (Name, Email, Phone, State, and Zip Code) and instantly receive a free quote. Current clients can find their tab at the top of the page title 'IWSQuote Express Login.' This interactive feature allows customers to login to their account and reveal a 'Dashboard' with their account information, claim information, industry news, and more. "We've found the Express Login feature to be beneficial from both sides of our customer relationships. The customers enjoy it because it is an easy way to gain access to their account, and we have found it helpful because it frees us up to deal with the big issues when they come up," said an Intercontinental Warranty Services executive.
