Mr. Schwenk has 42 years of experience in the electrical wholesale business, with 23 years of experience as president of American Lighting & Export Inc. At the electrical material and supply company he is responsible for overseeing shipments of electrical and non-electrical products. Additionally he is responsible for engineering and quoting new jobs.

With college courses completed in electrical engineering, Mr. Schwenk left Pratt & Whitney Aircraft as a design draftsman, to join his father at American Lighting. Prior to this Mr. Schwenk also was employed doing linework at Florida Power & Light. His work experience was exactly what he needed for his customers in the Caribbean Islands. He attributes his success to hard work and determination. Mr. Schwenk is there for his customers 7 days a week, 24 hours a day.
