-- Jacinta Kielty, Director of GTECH Ireland Operations Ltd., has been recognized for showing dedication, leadership and excellence in the lottery and gaming industry.

Ms. Kielty has over 25 years of experience in the gaming business, including 12 years as director of GTECH Ireland Operations Ltd. On a daily basis, she manages all aspects of the company, ensures that the business meets all contractual agreements and optimizes business opportunities in the Irish market. In this role she consistently uses her broad areas of expertise to ensure successful business strategy development and implementation. As a senior member of the International team, Ms. Kielty also works on international projects and strategic initiatives.
Recognized for her technical and leadership skills, Ms. Kielty attributes her success to her ability to readily adapt to changes, hard work and a positive outlook. Having come from a sales background, she got involved in her profession through a fascination with gaming technology and the positive impact lotteries have on people's lives.
Ms. Kielty received an MBA in business from The Open University. She was recently inducted into Worldwide Branding and maintains affiliation with the MBA Association of Ireland. In her spare time, she enjoys cycling and golfing. In the years to come, Ms. Kielty seeks to continue to advance her career either in Ireland or abroad, in an intellectually stimulating environment.
