WESTBROOK, ROTORUA, NEW ZEALAND, December 23, 2013 /24-7PressRelease/ -- Jacques Vosloo, Principal Engineering Coach of Industrial Production Solutions (IPS), has been recognized for showing dedication, leadership and excellence in operational consultancy.

Mr. Vosloo has 25 years of professional experience, having recently become the Principal Engineering Coach of Industrial Production Solutions. Over the years, he has established himself as an expert in organizational relationship building and workflow process development. On a daily basis, he is responsible for traveling to large industrial sites, screening clients' sites regarding operations, maintenance, procurement, and engineering, benchmarking clients against themselves and industry practice, developing site roadmaps in conjunction with key role players, and training key role players to become leaders in executing those roadmaps. He also manages and executes projects, helping clients improve their production, reduce waste and improve their bottom-lines.

Mr. Vosloo has developed, over the last 23 years, tools that can assist any industrial plant achieving their production goals and reducing wasteful expenditure. With 25 years of industrial production engineering experience, he has decided to practice his experience and skills directly to industrial sites via Industrial Production Solutions Ltd, in order to focus on his clients' interests and not corporate interests. Examples from his clients can be made available upon meeting.

In his experience, Mr. Vosloo has found that most companies develop strategies but fail to execute these plans. The IPS process focuses on the individuals in a plant in order to develop them and, at the same time, improve the plant availability to produce more quality volume by means of reducing wasteful expenditure. He enjoys living in the fast lane and needs challenges and pressure in order to be happy at work; he feels that the hard work makes the subsequent success so much more fun. This personal trait combined with sound experience at a senior level in the organization provides him with a solid base of experience through which he can achieve success.

Mr. Vosloo is a self-driven and hard working person with excellent interpersonal skills. He ensures individuals remain motivated to achieve common goals set out as per agreed business objectives. He believes in team spirit, the meaningful influence it can achieve and that all involved should carry their weight and enjoy what they are doing. His company vision for the future is as follows: "IPS is successful, vibrant and engaged with business partners. We use global solutions to continuously improve people and processes in order to add value to our partners. Our motivated people have the desire to take our clients to world production reference status."

Looking back, Mr. Vosloo attributes his success to being very inquisitive, building rapport with people quickly, and understanding technical difficulties. He became involved in his profession due to his desire for getting departments to work together; operational excellence is his passion. The highlight of his career was becoming the youngest site manager at the age of 27. Most importantly, he is glad to have decided what he wants to do with his life. Mr. Vosloo has always been employed by a cooperate company; he decided to focus on his passion and what is important to industrial plants. Now he is fully involved with his clients in order to improve their bottom-line numbers without playing corporate political games.

Mr. Vosloo received a National Higher Diploma in electrical and mechanical engineering, which he Earned in South Africa. In recognition of his hard work and dedication, he was named as Employee of the Year by Hendrina Power Station in 1996, and he received an Engineer in Training of the Year award in 1992. Mr. Vosloo increased crew revenue by 2,000 percent in seven years as a site manager of Matimba Power Station at Rotek Engineering from 1997 until 2003. In years to come, Mr. Vosloo plans to do maintenance and operations seminars.
