Ms. Besserer has more than eight years of professional experience and one year of experience as the director of operations for the Boys & Girls Club of Greater Derry. She is considered to be an expert in computer management and implementing after-school programs. Boys & Girls Club of Greater Derry is a non-profit organization that promotes character and leadership development, offers education and career development services, facilitates health and life skill programs, and provides sport recreational activities for its members.

In addition to industry-related training, Ms. Besserer received her Bachelor of Arts in Education from St. Anselm College and would like to work in a management position within the next five years.
