    RICHLAND, WA, December 10, 2008 /Cambridge Who's Who/ -- Dr. Jerry Leroy Hiner, Chief Medical Officer of Reliance Medical Clinics, PLLC, has been recognized by Cambridge Who's Who for showing dedication, leadership and excellence in all aspects of healthcare.

With 37 years of experience in all areas of healthcare, Dr. Hiner has treated patients of all ages. As chief medical officer, he schedules providers, oversees day-to-day operations and is directly involved in making key decisions. He previously served in the U.S. Army and after retiring as a Lieutenant Colonel, he decided to continue practicing medicine in the state of Washington. He considers his hard work, the support he receives from his wife, and his faith in God to be the driving forces behind his success.

Dr. Hiner received his MD from Universidad Autonoma de Guadalajara and his Bachelor of Arts from Walla Walla University in 1966. He is the president-elect of the Walla Walla University Alumni Association, and a member of the Benton Franklin County Medical Society, the American Academy of Family Physicians and the American Medical Association. He serves as a deacon and board member of mission placement at the Seventh Day Adventist Walla Walla University Church. He has been elected to become the president and board chairman of the Walla Walla University Alumni Association.
