/24-7PressRelease/ -- Southern rock royalty Jimmie Van Zant is gearing up to rock the stage with Molly Hatchett on October 5th, 2012 as part of the inaugural Rocktober Fest Weekend at Stone-Mountain Harley-Davidson in Conyers, Georgia.
Rocktober Fest is a two- day event-taking place on Friday, October 5th and Saturday, October 6th. Jimmie Van Zant is performing on Friday the 5th and the event lasts from 6pm-11pm. There will be drinks, food, door prizes, giveaways, mud wrestling, and vendors. VIP tickets are $45 and include a t-shirt, premium seating, and more. General admission is $25 and guests who ride their bikes through the gates get $5 off their ticket.
Veteran all-American rocker Jimmie Van Zant is currently on tour promoting his new hit album, Feels Like Freedom, distributed nationally by Sony/RED and MRI. Jimmie's soulful southern rock/country crossover sound translates through his magnetic live performances and contributes to the music legacy of his cousins, Ronnie, Johnny, and Donnie of Lynyrd Skynyrd and .38 Special.
